I ran a big risk at work this week.

Many systems and all teams were affected by my failure.

Some customers and salespersons also were cost their time because they couldn't do anything.

Unfortunately, all responsibilities are to me.

There is an old saying in Japan, "The failure is a seed of the success."

Certainly, I think a person who doesn't make a mistake doesn't get any success.

but ...

How should I recover my motivation?

What if I apologize to everyone?

It doesn't mean anymore.

Perhaps time solve this problem some day.

I'll be troubled by another thing after a year.

After all, I only wait to forget about it.

Whatever I do anywhere and anybody, I'll have trouble with something all the time.

And I'll continue to dislike my own.
